Job Summary

This role is for an Application and Support Specialist who will provide technical consulting and problem-solving for national and international customers. Key responsibilities include commissioning systems with controller and SCADA components, supporting the release process for hardware and software products, and conducting fault analyses. The specialist will also gather customer feedback for product management and train customers and sales partners.
