Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious PLC Programmer to join a team dedicated to the digitalization and optimization of production and automation processes within the plant engineering sector, contributing to Industry 4.0 initiatives. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will design and implement customized control solutions, program PLC controls using SIMATIC Step 7 and TIA Portal, and continuously optimize existing systems. Responsibilities also include process visualization with WinCC, supporting commissioning both in-house and on-site at customer locations, analyzing and optimizing plant efficiency, and creating comprehensive technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in automation technology or a related field, extensive experience in PLC applications, and a willingness to travel globally.
