Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious IT Support Specialist to join FERCHAU's team, focusing on elevating technology solutions for clients. Day-to-day, you will be the first and second line of support, handling IT inquiries, setting up and maintaining computer workstations, telephony, and client software. A key part of the role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, analyzing and prioritizing IT tickets, and creating and maintaining documentation. This position is ideal for both entry-level professionals and experienced individuals looking to apply new ideas, gain practical experience, and contribute to cutting-edge IT projects for prominent providers and developers of IT solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Initial experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support
- Experience with common hardware (e.g., PCs, printers)
- Experience in Help Desk and with a ticket system (desirable)
