You will collaborate with operational specialists to expand standardized working methods and service offerings, ensuring target-group-oriented communication and managing process and service descriptions, as well as guidelines. Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification; OCEB certification (ideally)
