This Facility Manager role, based near Zurich East within a leading international mechanical engineering company specializing in pharmaceutical technology, requires a highly organized and charismatic leader to oversee the strategic planning and execution of all maintenance, renovation, and construction activities across multiple Swiss production and administration sites. Key responsibilities include strategic maintenance planning, budget management, lifecycle planning for buildings and technical systems, and leading various construction and optimization projects. The manager will ensure operational safety, manage technical contracts, coordinate external service providers, and collaborate closely with Global HQ and EMEA regional teams. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or Building Services/FM, coupled with extensive leadership experience in technical facility management, ideally within a highly regulated environment like cleanroom production.
