Job Summary
As an Optical Systems Development Engineer, you will be instrumental in advancing technologies within the aerospace industry. Your daily tasks will involve the development and design of optical and infrared systems, conducting simulations and analyses to evaluate performance, and preparing comprehensive technical documentation. You will also be responsible for analyzing measurement data, selecting appropriate materials for optical components, and planning and executing laboratory experiments. This role requires collaboration with other departments to seamlessly integrate optical systems into products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in physics, optics, or engineering, coupled with professional experience in optical metrology, modeling, and analysis.
