Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading international technical industry company based in Zurich East, offering a central location and flexible working arrangements, including two days of home office. As an HR Coordinator, you will manage diverse administrative tasks across the HR lifecycle, from A-Z personnel administration to supporting HR Managers across various business units. Key responsibilities include assisting with recruiting efforts, managing employee master data, and contributing to Compensation & Benefits activities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for organizing staff events, maintaining the internal time tracking system, and managing the HR department's intranet page. This role is highly engaging due to involvement in optimizing internal HR processes and participating in, or even leading, various HR projects. Required Skills

Education

Commercial Basic Education combined with further training as an HR Assistant or HR Specialist.

Experience

  • Several years of experience in a similar HR coordination or specialist function.
  • Professional experience gained within larger organizations.
  • Previous exposure to an international industrial environment is preferred.
