Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st-level IT support, acting as the primary point of contact for users experiencing hardware, software, telecommunications, and printer infrastructure issues. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and classifying IT disruptions, developing solutions, and escalating complex problems to 2nd-level support. The specialist will also manage user accounts and access rights, maintain IT inventory, administer email accounts via MS Exchange Control Panel, and configure client hardware and software.
