This role is for a dynamic individual to lead a team and manage customer projects in pharmaceutical formulation development and manufacturing within a family-owned, independent service provider in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for team leadership, including employee development and recruitment, as well as overseeing the conception, coordination, and execution of operational activities for client projects. Key responsibilities also include monitoring manufacturing processes, ensuring equipment functionality and qualification in galenic development, and upholding safety guidelines. The position offers a versatile technological environment for developing and manufacturing semi-solid and liquid dosage forms using state-of-the-art cleanrooms and equipment, working with a diverse range of products and analytical methods.
