Job Summary

This role is for an experienced professional to lead the Instrumental Analytics Laboratory at a leading European contract manufacturer in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Health Care industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating laboratory tests, with a strong focus on HPLC and GC, as well as creating and reviewing testing documentation and product specifications. Key responsibilities also include managing the SAP system for analytical parameters, coordinating process validations, and maintaining chromatography data systems and laboratory equipment. The position involves direct personnel responsibility for 26 employees, including training, and requires strong customer interaction.
