Job Summary

As an IT Manager, you will be instrumental in digitalizing customs processes by analyzing business operations and implementing IT solutions with external partners. This role involves leading IT projects independently, providing both operational and strategic support for fully digital customs declarations, and ensuring technical support for internal and external applications. You will also be responsible for the operation and further development of the existing IT Service Management (ITSM) system, including the implementation of new processes, and the conception, development, and operation of a Business Intelligence platform.
