Job Summary
As an IT Manager, you will be instrumental in digitalizing customs processes by analyzing business operations and implementing IT solutions with external partners. This role involves leading IT projects independently, providing both operational and strategic support for fully digital customs declarations, and ensuring technical support for internal and external applications. You will also be responsible for the operation and further development of the existing IT Service Management (ITSM) system, including the implementation of new processes, and the conception, development, and operation of a Business Intelligence platform. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of customs processing within an international environment as part of a Lufthansa Cargo subsidiary.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of experience in classical or agile IT project management
- Several years of experience in business process analysis and modeling, ideally in logistics or customs
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra-ID
- Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows systems
- Experience in building and operating Business Intelligence solutions, ideally with Power BI
- Experience in implementing ITSM processes
