Job Summary
This role is for an experienced and motivating IT Team Lead to manage a technical team focused on network technology, IT security, and firewalling within the Managed Services division. The successful candidate will lead a 15-member cross-location team, fostering collaboration, developing individual potentials, and ensuring high service quality for key clients. Responsibilities include technical and disciplinary leadership, managing resource allocation, and acting as a technical escalation point. This position offers the opportunity to shape strategies in a modern, open, and appreciative work environment, contributing to future-oriented and secure IT solutions for large clients across various industries, with hybrid work options available.
Required Skills
Education
Technical degree or vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent professional background in IT
Experience
- Professional experience in IT, specifically in network, IT security, and firewalling
- Experience in leading and motivating a team
- Know-how in IT architectures and service processes
- Technical understanding of network and firewalling solutions
- Experience with common IT-Security manufacturers
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to ensure 24x7 on-call duty for the team.
