Job Summary

This leadership role at the Southeast Hesse Police Headquarters involves overseeing the Technical Management section within the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) department. Required Skills

Education

University of Applied Sciences Diploma (FH-Diplom) or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field. Alternatively, applicants with equivalent skills and several years of professional experience are considered.

Experience

  • Experience in planning and implementing IT (infrastructure) projects
  • Experience in creating operational concepts
  • Experience in commissioning and managing external service providers
  • Professional experience with computer architectures, storage solutions, and operating systems (Windows, Linux) and their file systems
  • Extensive experience in information and communication technologies
  • Extensive experience in network technology / network engineering
  • Experience in information security (BSI) and security architectures (e.g., DMZ)
