Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electronics Development Team Lead to drive the creation of high-quality digital and analog electronic modules, from initial design through prototyping to series production. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting hardware development projects, contributing to specification sheets, and selecting and testing new electrical components in close collaboration with purchasing. This position involves leading an interdisciplinary project team, coordinating with project management and various internal and external interfaces, and actively optimizing products and processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of electronics at both component and system levels, and a commitment to fostering team growth while reporting directly to the Head of Development.
