Energy Management Specialist | Referent Energiemanagement (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves developing solutions for connecting new customer facilities, ranging from large industrial consumers and EV charging infrastructure to wind and solar power plants, to the electricity grid. The specialist will design grid connections and metering systems for accurate electricity consumption and feed-in, and handle complex energy industry inquiries related to Redispatch 2.0, feed-in tariffs, or gas crisis prevention. They will also manage the entire grid connection process, from technical design and contract drafting to the finalization of grid connection and usage agreements, ensuring compliance with technical and economic requirements. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, economics, industrial engineering, or law, with knowledge of grid operations and energy regulations. Project management skills and experience with energy-related systems are beneficial.
