Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive support and coordination for telecommunication systems within a values-oriented clinic group. The specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of telephone systems (Mitel MX-One, OpenScape), both IP and analog, and their associated infrastructure. Key responsibilities include collaborating with external service providers for maintenance, troubleshooting, and system expansions, as well as managing and developing mobile telephony. The ideal candidate will act as the primary contact for internal colleagues regarding telephony issues and contribute to various telecommunications projects.
