Job Summary
This role involves supporting and leading construction projects, particularly focusing on the significant redevelopment of the NATO Airbase Wittmundhafen, a project with a total volume of approximately 750 million €. The successful candidate will manage all phases of project development, from planning and tendering to execution and billing, in accordance with HOAI service phases 1-9. Key responsibilities include overseeing external architectural and engineering firms, providing expert construction advice, and ensuring quality, schedule, and cost control. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Civil Engineering (specializing in Civil and Road Construction, Structural Engineering, Water Management, Construction Industrial Engineering, Construction Project Management) or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in HOAI service phases 1-9 (desirable)
- Experience in EDV-supported schedule and cost control
