Job Summary

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented Data Analyst focused on enhancing customer service performance. You will be instrumental in collecting and analyzing critical data related to customer service levels, including order processing times, yields, and payment behaviors, to measure internal performance against key KPIs. A significant part of your day will involve developing and implementing reporting tools, optimizing existing systems for internal and external KPI reporting, and ensuring data accuracy by validating material master data.
