Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, setting up and operating AV equipment for events, and supporting live streams. Completed vocational training in IT, media technology, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support (Windows, MacOS, Networks)
- Experience with event technology and streaming technology
- Knowledge in digital signage systems and web/intranet maintenance
