Job Summary

This role is for a highly competent IT professional specializing in client management and support within a leading European IT service provider. The expert will be responsible for setting up, patching, packaging, deploying, testing, and monitoring Industrial IT Clients using Microsoft SCCM. Key responsibilities also include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, performing hardware repairs and replacements, and meticulously documenting all work steps. Additionally, the role involves managing and supporting mobile, industrially used end devices via SOTI MobiControl. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary technical contact for both clients and colleagues, demonstrating a structured approach to problem-solving and a proactive attitude towards technical challenges, working collaboratively within a team.
