Job Summary
This role involves coordinating and implementing a 'Gap Year' program for graduates, focusing on establishing internship opportunities and attracting companies as practical partners. The Coordinator will be the primary contact for internship and apprenticeship placements, particularly strengthening small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through collaborative training initiatives. Key responsibilities include project-related accounting, network building with institutions like the Chamber of Commerce and Employment Agency, and organizing events for businesses. Additionally, the role requires maintaining a database of economic contacts and developing public relations materials, including a dedicated website, to promote the program. The ideal candidate will have a degree in economics or a related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
