Job Summary

The Federal Aviation Office (LBA) is seeking an Administrative Officer for its 'Organization' department in Braunschweig. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety standards of aviation in Germany by supporting the introduction of IT procedures and components, including compliance with the Online Access Act (OZG) and the E-Government Act (EGovG). The officer will identify improvement potentials through IT implementation, develop and update regulations, and manage fundamental matters of organizational structure and processes. Key responsibilities include clarifying organizational issues, managing business processes, conducting organizational studies, and handling personnel requirements. Required Skills

Education

Civil service qualification for the higher non-technical administrative service OR successfully completed university of applied sciences/bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences or Organizational Sciences OR successfully completed advanced training as a Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt).

  • This is a temporary position until March 23, 2028, potentially through secondment. The position is located in Braunschweig. Open to part-time work.
