Job Summary
This role involves shaping the future of healthcare professionals by delivering engaging and innovative instruction to aspiring Radiology Medical Technologists. You will be responsible for planning and evaluating lessons, utilizing digital media and advanced teaching methods, either from a dedicated office workstation or remotely with a provided laptop. A key part of the role is mentoring and advising students and practical instructors during their internal and external training placements, ensuring the pedagogical concept is effectively implemented. The ideal candidate will also take on class leadership duties and contribute fresh ideas to the theoretical and practical curriculum, actively participating in the conceptual development of the school. Required Skills
Education
Qualification in a medical-technical field (e.g., medical technical assistant, university degree in Biology, Medical Physics, Human Medicine, or Veterinary Medicine); Completed degree in Medical Pedagogy or Bachelor of Science with a focus on Teaching/Pedagogy, or comparable qualification, or proof of ongoing qualification (desirable).
