Job Summary
This role is perfect for a professional passionate about driving digital transformation and optimizing processes within the Building Management department. You will lead the implementation of a Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, specifically LuGM by Axians Infoma, managing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to go-live, including training and ongoing support. Beyond CAFM, you will coordinate other digitalization projects, acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. A significant part of your role involves developing and refining process management strategies, defining 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Additionally, you will contribute to knowledge management by maintaining and optimizing a knowledge database to foster team learning and support. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor in Organizational Development, Business Informatics, Administrative Specialist, or comparable qualification
Experience
- In-depth knowledge in the accompaniment and coordination of digitalization projects
- Initial experience in process and knowledge management
