Job Summary
This role is the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues from employees. Day-to-day, you will provide essential support by troubleshooting and resolving IT problems via phone, email, or in-person. Key responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware and software, managing user accounts and access rights, and meticulously documenting support requests and solutions within a ticketing system. You will also train users on IT systems and applications and collaborate with other IT professionals on complex issues.
