As an Inhouse Service Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring the high performance and reliability of tactile measuring devices for a global leader in metrology. Your daily tasks will involve performing error analyses, conducting precise repair and maintenance work, and meticulously calibrating measuring instruments. You will serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via a ticketing system, providing expert technical support both over the phone and in writing. This role requires close collaboration with sales and the application laboratory, and you will also contribute to training new colleagues, both domestically and internationally.
