Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of manufacturing process planning within the automotive industry, working with leading OEMs and suppliers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of production facilities within their designated line section, from initial design and specification through to ordering and handover for industrialization. A key aspect is developing standardized technical solutions that balance time, cost, and quality objectives, while also mediating decisions between development, planning, and operations teams. The position requires ensuring cross-site knowledge exchange, implementing a Lessons Learned process, and applying best practices across the production network.
