Job Summary

This role involves the meticulous preparation and analysis of macro and micro sections of various materials, including metals, ceramics, plastics, and composites. A key part of the day-to-day will be evaluating samples, generating concise reports, and conducting detailed corrosion investigations, specifically focusing on layer and intercrystalline corrosion. The successful candidate will also contribute to failure analysis investigations and be responsible for the efficient organization and management of the metallography laboratory. This position is ideal for a qualified technician or materials tester with a specialization in metallography who is looking for a permanent, full-time role.
