Job Summary

This role is for a proactive and responsible Team Leader in Electronic Assembly at Allstein GmbH, a renowned manufacturer of high-quality flexographic printing machines in Herford, Germany. The successful candidate will lead a team of 14 colleagues and two apprentices, overseeing the complete electrical assembly of machines, from control cabinet construction to complex wiring and commissioning. Day-to-day, you'll manage work processes, allocate tasks, ensure timely project completion, and handle administrative duties like reporting sick days and travel. You will also be involved in recruiting new team members and mentoring apprentices.
