Job Summary

As a Customer Support Engineer for AIRBUS Secure Land Communications, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of critical communication systems. Your daily tasks will involve setting up, installing, and maintaining virtual and physical Linux servers, including those from HP. You will be a key player in incident management, providing 2nd level support for RedHat Enterprise Linux and CentOS systems, and expertly analyzing complex disruptions to lead problem management efforts. Additionally, you will contribute to operative release management, change, and configuration management, and ensure thorough documentation. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Systems Management Assistant, or a degree in Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.

  • Professional experience in server environments (RedHat Enterprise Linux and CentOS)
