Job Summary

This role involves leading the Data Strategy & Insights team to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and implementing the overall data strategy, ensuring data consistency, and managing the use of CRM systems like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and a Data Lakehouse. You will provide visionary leadership, foster a culture of excellence, and act as a key business partner for various departments, including Marketing & Fundraising and Finance. This position offers an opportunity to develop a long-term data vision, establish data privacy and compliance standards, and represent the organization within global and national NGO networks, contributing significantly to the organization's mission to support children's rights.
