Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the seamless operation of digital infrastructure for the Lichtenberg district office in Berlin. The specialist will be responsible for the system integration, administration, and maintenance of physical and virtual ICT systems, including servers, networks, and data storage. Key responsibilities also include providing comprehensive support for IT workstations and mobile devices, managing service requests, and actively contributing to the implementation of E-Government initiatives and digital transformation projects, such as the introduction of digital files. This position offers a dynamic environment where the specialist will advise on ICT usage, coordinate E-Government processes, and support the introduction and operation of IT specialized procedures, playing a crucial part in enhancing the district's digital services.
Required Skills
Education
Completed (technical) university degree (e.g., Bachelor, FH-Diplom) in ICT, Computer Science, Telematics, or other relevant 3-year degree.
Experience
- Professional experience in ICT infrastructure operation
- Experience with system integration and administration of various ICT components
- Experience in providing IT support and managing service requests
- Experience in E-Government or digital transformation projects is beneficial
