Job Summary
This role involves providing crucial technical support for large-scale hardware and software systems, focusing on troubleshooting, electrical testing, and software management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer reports, error codes, and problem data, as well as supporting development teams with integration projects and prototyping. The position requires hands-on involvement in system retrofitting and on-site customer support. - Basic programming knowledge with JAVA and Python
