This role involves contributing to the well-being of Gelsenkirchen's residents by joining the Building Construction and Real Estate department, specifically within the Technical Building Equipment and Technical Property Operations division. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating concepts for new and renovated building automation systems, managing technical projects, and ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of various facilities. Key tasks include documenting and evaluating supply-side systems, troubleshooting, operating building management systems, and analyzing consumption data for optimization. Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician in Building Systems Technology or Electrical Engineering, or Master Electrician certification.
Experience
- Professional experience in creating concepts for building automation systems
- Professional experience in technical project supervision
- Professional experience in maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of facilities
- Professional experience in documentation and evaluation of supply-side systems
- Professional experience in fault management and troubleshooting
- Professional experience in operating building management systems
- Professional experience in analyzing consumption data for system optimization
- Professional experience in monitoring external service providers
- Professional experience in applying for utility connections (gas, electricity, water, PV, charging stations)
