Job Summary

Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing risk analyses, troubleshooting production facilities, evaluating test results, and developing solutions for operational issues. A major focus is placed on comprehensive documentation of processes and know-how, ensuring full GMP compliance. This role is highly collaborative, requiring continuous process and equipment improvement initiatives alongside cross-functional teams like R&D to boost efficiency and economic utilization of assets. Furthermore, you will be responsible for training staff on assigned products and project-wide topics, leveraging strong team leadership and communication skills.

- Professional experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnological production, preferably in Operations
