Job Summary

The Hansestadt Anklam is seeking an IT and General Administration Clerk to join their Central Services department. This full-time, permanent position involves managing the operation, configuration, and updates of application software for PCs, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and VPN devices. You will provide essential IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for colleagues, and oversee external service providers for IT services, including contract management and invoice verification. A key aspect of the role is contributing to the conceptualization and implementation of administrative modernization and digitalization initiatives, alongside handling documentation for tenders, invoicing, asset accounting, and IT-related documentation such as emergency handbooks and network plans. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical understanding and administrative background who is eager to contribute to public sector digitalization.

Experience
