Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Shift Leader in Electrical Systems within a steel mill, focusing on ensuring the continuous operation and maintenance of complex electrical, electronic, and automated plant equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting repairs, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance, as well as executing modernization projects and resolving disruptions. Key responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with safety regulations (UVV), analyzing processes to secure production, and independently managing smaller projects.
