Job Summary
This pivotal role involves building and owning the Customer Success Management function for digital services at Daimler Buses, focusing on public transport operators. You will be responsible for developing and managing all end-to-end support processes, from front-desk operations to bug resolution within development and operations teams. A key part of the role includes overseeing the establishment and management of an external support provider, defining clear processes for all stakeholders, and creating a central knowledge database. You will also manage project teams, handle budget and resource planning, and create management presentations and reports. This position offers significant scope to strategically and operationally drive customer success, ensuring efficient fleet operations for clients through innovative digital solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in digital services, connectivity, customer success management, international customer support processes, or B2B SaaS
- Professional experience as a project leader for international projects
- Excellent experience in commercial vehicle technology, particularly in the bus sector
