Job Summary
This role involves installing and configuring cutting-edge software solutions for time management, workforce scheduling, access management, and digitalization. As a key member of the support team, you will provide product-technical support for AIDA ORGA's software applications, serving as the direct point of contact for customer inquiries regarding ongoing operations. Your responsibilities include customer support, initial software setup according to client needs, and meticulous documentation and testing of your work. You will also be expected to find pragmatic and sometimes unconventional solutions to complex challenges. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT System Electronics Technician, IT Management Assistant, IT Specialist for System Integration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT or HR environment (e.g., IT system electronics, IT specialist for system integration, or similar)
- Experience working with PCs with commitment and quality awareness
- Experience in customer contact (personal and written)
