Metrology Technician | Messtechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves creating and adapting measurement programs and evaluations for 3D measuring machines based on technical drawings and normative standards. The technician will coordinate measurement and programming tasks with engineers, optimize existing measurement programs, and execute measurement orders for vehicle bodies, from individual components to complete vehicles. A key aspect is operating CNC 3D coordinate measuring devices, ensuring calibration and object alignment, and interpreting measurement results to identify deviations and make inspection decisions. The position requires a technical vocational background, experience in 3D metrology (ideally automotive), and a strong technical understanding to interpret drawings and generate test reports. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring shift work in a dynamic environment.
