This full-time Payroll Manager role, based in the Oyten area, offers an exciting opportunity within a successful international metal company. The position involves comprehensive payroll processing, from preparing and reviewing monthly statements to handling all personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding, including contract and reference letter creation. You will serve as the primary contact for employees and management regarding payroll and general HR queries, manage correspondence with health insurance providers, authorities, and insurance companies, and maintain HR management systems and time accounts. The role also includes supporting the HR Business Partner, generating HR reports, and overseeing applicant management.
