Job Summary

The Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW, a major property manager in Europe, is seeking an Electrical Engineer for its Düsseldorf branch. This role involves active participation in construction project teams, contributing to the selection and contract management of freelance services, and performing planning and partial planning services in accordance with HOAI. The successful candidate will also be responsible for steering, quality, and performance checks of external engineering firms and contractors, and supporting the planning, awarding, steering, and settlement of construction services.
