Job Summary
This role involves leading IT projects and providing application support for the ALLRIS Council Information System, a critical digital solution for public administration in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating the setup and operation of the digital system, implementing interfaces and workflows, and driving the further development of digital processes. You will also manage the introduction of the application in public administrations, including planning, installation, and configuration, as well as providing ongoing support, user rights management, updates, and technical assistance. The position requires strong project management skills, experience with specialized applications, and the ability to train users. It offers a crisis-proof, permanent full-time or part-time position with flexible working hours, mobile work options, and a collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
Education
University of Applied Sciences degree (Diplom-FH, Bachelor) in Business or Administrative Informatics, or a comparable qualification in a similar relevant field
Experience
- Many years of professional experience in leading IT projects or organizational projects
- Professional experience in the support and operation of specialized applications
- Several years of knowledge of organizational structure and processes in administration, as well as principles of administrative action
- Technical understanding in the context of the services to be provided
