Job Summary

This role involves managing and contributing to multiple IT projects focused on implementing Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) requirements, particularly for GIS procedures like LINA, LaIS, GISELa, and FIONA. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, requirements engineering, and technical coordination, ensuring adherence to IT security and programming standards. Key activities include developing and documenting process standards, overseeing quality assurance, and creating DV specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in (Geo)-Informatics or a related field, professional experience in project management, and ideally, knowledge of GIS/WebGIS solutions. Bachelor's degree in (Geo)-Informatics or a comparable field of study

Experience

  • Professional experience in project management, requirements engineering, and technical coordination
  • Experience with GIS/GIS applications, particularly WebGIS solutions (ideally)
  • Experience with project management methods (Agile, Scrum, Prince2)
  • Experience with requirements engineering, software design/analysis, and process modeling
  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence (ideally)
