As a Facility Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of company sites, including the main headquarters, various leased properties across Germany, and the vehicle fleet. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating internal and external partners for maintenance, repairs, and services, as well as managing budgets, contracts, and operational duties. You will also oversee projects such as vendor changes, process optimizations, and a planned new construction, acting as the internal point of contact for the developer. Additionally, you will handle operational fleet management, including lease returns and damage cases.
