Job Summary

This role involves operating and programming CNC coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) to ensure product quality within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting measurements, developing initial sample inspection reports (EMPB according to VDA), and managing release processes. A key aspect of the role is contributing to quality management activities, including APQP, FMEA, and creating work instructions and test plans, all in accordance with IATF 16949 standards. Collaborating closely with production managers to optimize product quality and determining quality metrics such as measurement, machine, and process capability are also central to this position.
