Job Summary

This role involves contributing to various aspects of university taxation, including the review and assessment of contracts, projects, and regulations from a tax perspective. A key responsibility will be implementing a Tax Compliance Management System in line with German tax law (§ 2b UStG). The successful candidate will also be involved in the planning, steering, and monitoring of the university's financial resources, conducting budget-related checks, and approving payment transactions. Furthermore, the position requires processing individual cases within budget execution and special regulations, and actively participating in process optimization within the budget and tax department.
