Job Summary

This role involves coordinating tissue donations across Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg, Saxony-Anhalt, and Saxony, working with non-profit tissue banks and clinical facilities to provide transplant materials throughout Germany and Europe. The successful candidate will independently process donor reports, communicate with medical staff, perform medical indication checks with physicians, and organize/conduct ophthalmological, musculoskeletal, and cardiovascular tissue retrievals. This position offers a meaningful and varied role within a supportive team, contributing to the expansion of tissue medicine and meeting the increasing demand for tissue transplants. It requires a background in healthcare or relevant scientific fields, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to working on-call.
