Job Summary

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual passionate about data center infrastructure. As a Data Center Service Technician, you will be responsible for the planning, installation, testing, and documentation of patch and infrastructure cabling within client data centers. You'll also lead and coordinate small to medium-sized projects, guiding both internal and external technical staff. A critical part of your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting fiber optic and copper data cabling issues, collaborating closely with quality management, and performing splicing and component installations.
