Job Summary
This is a pivotal leadership role as Managing Director for the Protestant Kindergarten Association of Landau and Surroundings, overseeing 22 kindergartens and approximately 550 employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, including hiring, dismissal, and supervision, as well as managing day-to-day operations and finances. Key responsibilities also include negotiating with public youth welfare organizations and other refinancing bodies, and managing public relations in consultation with the board. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the educational mission within an evangelical framework, combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational management in a supportive and family-friendly environment.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Public Administration (FH), Administrative Specialist, Business Administration (FH), Bachelor of Law, or Bachelor of Arts, or equivalent qualification
